Artisanal liqueurs: a journey of flavors through the seasons

As the warm summer sun kisses our soil, we are ready to welcome the lemon and orange season. We live at the rhythm of the earth, allowing each fruit to ripen at the most suitable time.

In August, the lemons reach their splendid maturation, with a nuance of bright colors between green and yellow and a fresh scent that makes them irresistible. Each tree is loaded with juicy and fragrant fruits, ready to be harvested and to give their intensity and freshness to our artisanal liqueurs.

Together with lemons, sweet and bitter oranges complete the magnificent spectacle of our seasonal harvest. With patience and care, we observe the oranges taking shape, joyfully awaiting the perfect moment for their harvest.

Sweet oranges ripen during autumn and winter, with some varieties able to be harvested as early as November through March. Bitter oranges, on the other hand, reach their maturation in the winter period, with a peak harvest ranging from December to March.

In our citrus grove we have chosen not to use artificial techniques, favoring so the natural rhythm of the earth. Living in step with the seasons allows us to seize the ideal moment for harvesting, guaranteeing fruit of exceptional quality and flavour.

Lemon and orange season is a festive time for our family. With care and attention, we harvest these precious citrus fruits, aware that each fruit represents the meeting between the beauty of nature and the passion of man.
