We have developed a fantastic recipe that highlights the freshness of Burtuqa: Burtuqa-flavored Salmon Fillet.
Ingredients:
- Salmon Fillet
- 100g Crustless White Bread
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- Zest of 1 Orange
- 30 ml Burtuqa
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Fine Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Marinate the salmon fillet in Burtuqa for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the breading by adding the bread, parsley, orange zest, salt, and pepper to a blender until a coarse consistency is reached.
- Once the marinating time is complete, transfer the fillet to a baking sheet and cover with the breading.
- Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
- After cooking, garnish with chives and an orange slice.
