We have developed a fantastic recipe that highlights the freshness of Burtuqa: Burtuqa-flavored Salmon Fillet.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Fillet
  • 100g Crustless White Bread
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • 30 ml Burtuqa
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Fine Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Marinate the salmon fillet in Burtuqa for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the breading by adding the bread, parsley, orange zest, salt, and pepper to a blender until a coarse consistency is reached.
  • Once the marinating time is complete, transfer the fillet to a baking sheet and cover with the breading.
  • Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
  • After cooking, garnish with chives and an orange slice.
